Open Book Contract:
In an open book contract, we provide full transparency regarding the costs associated with your project. You will have access to all actual costs incurred, including labor, materials, and subcontractors. A fixed fee or a percentage of the total costs is added as our profit margin. This contract type offers greater transparency and flexibility, though it requires active client involvement in cost review.
Closed Book Contract:
In a closed book contract, we provide a fixed price for the project without a detailed cost breakdown. We manage any cost savings or overruns within the agreed-upon amount. This contract type offers predictable costs and less client involvement in financial management, though with less transparency.
Bell Mountain Builders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate the services with written notice under certain conditions, such as breach of terms or mutual agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
